CEOGC Seemingly is a great program BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
CEOGC seemingly is a great program but they have changed and their methods in which they opt to screen and help clients is horrible.
I called this agency about a training program they offer; Customer Service Training. They required documents like social security cards, proof of residency and income - that wasn't a problem, then they required an assessment which ask questions like are you having sex? Do you do drugs, Does anyone in your home have emotional issues? Is anyone homeless? These questions are inappropriate, I am an adult well past my 30's and felt those type of questions were none of their business, I vocalized this now they desire me to go through another assessment which involves more questions being asked - I spoke with a supervisor and Lourice Kennedy Brown about this issue.. They keep saying if the Family Specialist Worker decides that you need additional services it is at their discretion. I am still trying to figure out why I need a case manager for anything else other than THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING that prompted me to call their agency in the first place. I am thinking of just selecting another agency but these people have all my personal information which is the reason I may still utilize their services.
I am extremely disappointed with the way they do intake and intend to post my experience with this agency on as many internet sites as possible
