I wil never trust them again.. We had been Kolick's customers for 20 years, so when my wife's watch stopped running, I took it to Kolick's to have the battery replaced. Because it was a high-end watch (Omega), they said they would have to send it outside to be evaluated. After a week and no phone call, I called them, and was told that "it just came back; the circuit board was fried and would cost $395.00 to fix". I picked up the watch without repair, and saw that it was actually running; obviously the battery was just low. I took it to another store for evaluation, had the battery replaced, and waterproofed for a grand total of $21.95; it's still running. It appears that they take advantage of customers' trust to rip them off; won't happen to us again!

Nice place...but be careful who you see here.. I went and saw one of the associate's here for an engagement ring and I was very disappointed. Not only did she call me several times to come in because she had rings for me to look at, she then forgot who I was when I got to the store. She then tried to make it seem like it was my fault that she forgot about me and what I was looking for.

She also made me wait for awhile because she was with a customer when I got there. Which of course is fine, but she ignored me while she made small talk with other people.
