Silverman's Dept Store is decent, it's the employees. Silverman's in East Cleveland is a nice store; however, the employees are rude, unfriendly, and most of the time have a genuine attitude. If you don't like the job, QUIT many other people would love to have decent employment.

Silverman's Dept Store is a great store!. Great store! They have everything and I buy my children's school clothing from them every year! Sometimes the prices on their clothing can be a little high, but I still like the store. The also sell a lot of others things in the store such…
