Avoid this agent.. This State Farm agent, Frank Martau, is horrible. We have had insurance through him, and he has been very mean, condescending, unhelpful, and ignorant, and arrogant (for reasons unknown). I can't even ask him a question without having a rude comment. It's as if he barks at you if you try to talk to him about anything. Nowadays, he doesn't pick up the phone much anymore, and has a secretary do all of his work. I've had this guy for years, and it's a good thing I didn't have to talk to him much. I'm glad we switched to another much nicer agent, who was willing to do a full review on our policies, and found out Frank Martau was over charging, and not giving proper discounts. Avoid this person at all costs.

Excellent Agent. My parents, brother, sister and I have all been with Frank for over 25 years. With my daughter about to get her "Temps" and start driving, I would not trust our insurance to anyone else. Frank and his staff have always been courteous and very helpful.

Worst agent- Frank Martau. Frank Martau, is by far, the worst insurance agent I have ever came across. Our old insurance agent had retired, and somehow, was replaced by this guy. He was consistently rude, mean, and basically not helpful to myself, and my other family members. We then had to transfer agents because of this. Stay away, avoid, and transfer if one must.
