Came home to find my water heater leaking. Called Roto-Rooter and they had a plumber at my home within an hour. The water heater was replaced and the old one hauled away in less than 4 hours. Most importantly I know from past experience that you can trust their work because they employ only certified plumbers. Very pleased!

What a Great Service Organization

What a great organization. This morning 10/28/2009, woke up at my usual time 5:30 am to take my shower in the basement. As I approached downstairs I heard my sump pump on when I turned the corner there was 4-5 inches of water. Living in the Cleveland area, in a house built 1927, for 22 years, I had never experienced such. At 5:40am I called roto rooter to my surprise, someone answered, not tired, was alert and concern. They immediately told me not to worry they would send someone out. They explained that the person would call before they come between 8:00 and 10:00am. To my surprise, 7:20, someone called and said they would be on there way. By 8:00 John #2723 was at my door, explaining to my husband and I what to expect from him. He inturn snaked the drain and found tree roots. Explained that he would call to get the guy with the camera to assess the extent of the damage. Everyone was helpful, knew there role and applied there experise to finding the proper solution for our specific case. Thank you to all. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone needing similar help.

We had John 2723 visit our home to diagnose our plumbing problem. Fortunately, he was able to find the problem and get it correct immediately Big job, including replacing our sewer line, but, thanks to John, all was do swiftly and professionally. Thanks.
