I was impressed by the prompt reply to my request for service. Everything about my experience was tops. At once, I noticed the way the Roto- Rooter plumber was considerate of my property, when he immediately put on protective shoe slippers. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and completed the job without wasting time. Afterwards, he cleaned the job. That's why I continue to use the services of Roto-Rooter.

I WAS REALLY SURPRISE HOW THE PLUMBER CAME AS PROMISED, DONE AN EXCELLENT JOB. I RECOMMEND ALL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO CALL ROTO-ROOTER PLUMBER IN CLEVELAND, OHIO FOR THE BEST SERVICE IN TOWN. Above and beyond the call.

We had an slow running kitchen sink drain. We called Roto Rooter and John was assigned to the task of opening the drain. He snaked the drain and then flushed it and ran a test. No luck with the clog. He snaked it again and again the drain persisted to be a problem. John then reached into his bag of tricks and began to run another snake in the drain, this time slightly larger than the conventional drain snake. He determined that the clog was under the basement floor and quite a distance down the line from the cleanout opening. This time he knew he had opended the clog because there was a whiff of sewer gas coming back. He was about to put the cleanout cap back on and showed me how the cap had deteriorated and was not sealing properly. He checked the supply in his truck and he did not have the size he needed and made a special trip to get the correct cleanout cap. He then flushed the drain from the kitchen sink and the first attempt proved sucessful. He said he wanted to make sure so he filled both sinks with water and opened the drains simultaneously and sure enough the drain had clogged up again. He determined that the snaking had opened up the clog momentarily, but then blocked up again. He tried high pressure water to open the clog but that was not successful. He again snaked the drain through the cleanout and again knew he had opend the clog since he got a whiff of sewer gas. He sealed up the cleanout and immediately ran multiple sinkfuls of water and the water disappeared with a gush. I can't thank him enough for his effort. Someone else may have given up after the second snaking did not work, and called in the heavy hitters to dig up the front yard and cleanout from the street. However, he was determined to get it from inside the house and save us a large plumbing bill. He also noticed under the sink that the feedline was leaking and the connection corroded so badly it no longer maintained a seal. He swiftly changed out the old feedline and replaced it with a flexible steel mesh feed line and all is well. Thank you John and thank Roto Rooter for having the wisdom to hire competent plumbers.

Best plumber in Cleveland. Two experienced plumbers arrived - very professional, friendly, and knew what they were doing. Did a very nice job installing a new water heater. Prompt, courteous, clean.

Roto-Rooter saves the day!!

Sooooooo,.. i needed a plumber, i was dealing w/ flooded basement. i called roto rooter and was taken care of right away....i was hooked when she told me same day service..and i became a customer 4 life when she told me that they would acess and estimate my problem for FREE!! The plumber was at my (cleveland) home within an hour,...David was professional, personable,and just a nice guy..he gave me a great price,did a great job and the work itself was done within an hour as well...SUPER HAPPY!!
