Roto-Rooter really did make my troubles go down the drain - in this case it was a shower pan drain. It kept on leaking and stained our ceiling, caused mold...well you get the idea.

The nice thing was the online appointment, and they called me right back to confirm and also confirmed through email.

Roto-Rooter (Brian) came on time, with a positive attitude and took care of it. He gave me a couple of scenarios up front about what the problem was, told me what the cost would be and stuck to that quote. He worked efficiently and was careful to not make a mess and clean up afterwards.

I would recommend using Brian and Roto-Rooter.

Mike and Adam from Roto-Rooter came out on to my house on 9/19/12 (the same day I made the appointment) and my experience with them was awesome. They were very professional and polite. They got the job done quickly and went out of their way to help me. They even didn't mind my cat bothering them for a few pets here and there! Thanks Roto-Rooter! I'll be calling again!

Just had a great customer service experience with Ed (Technician #3352)! We had a plumbing emergency this evening, called Roto-Rooter who dispatched Ed to be at our home in less than an hour. Ed has a great personality, is extremely thorough, and his service skills are top notch. Again, within 60 minutes Ed had all of our pipes running perfectly again. The pricing was more than reasonable and should we ever need any plumbing work in the future, without question we will be calling Roto-Rooter and hopefully Ed is available again. Thank you sooooo much!!!

Excellent Service by Roto-Rooter Plumbers on June 1st, 2012. My plumber was David #2781. Clogged drain in the bathroom that was cleaned out in no time. Technician arrived within an hour of calling in. Left the area around the drain clean and tidy. Need a plumber in Cleveland, I would highly suggest Roto-Rooter.

Excellent Job. Just wanted to let you know that after calling to report my problem on Sunday 5/20/12, my sink was back in use by 1:30PM. Dispatch sent Edward, tech #3352, who was very, very nice & professional. He told us what he was going to do and if that didn't work, he told us Plan B. Fortunately, we only needed to have the pipe snaked & cleaned. We also purchased the fluid solution to put down all of our drains once a month to help keep everything moving.

Most definitely will call them back if we need them in the future.

May 14th 2012. We had toilet problems on Mothers day, we called and within an hour we had John #3623was here to fix the problem, he explained the problem and he said he would have to come back on monday. He needed a part i was worried because my wife had to start taking medicine for a colonoscopy and really needed the bathroom working. He said he would be here around 7am which worked out great. He even had a fellow plumber come in to watch how to install a valve. They were here about an hour. We will definately use them again. Thanks John and Walter

I will use this company again.. I had a clog in my sewage line that had happened once a few years before. Larry asked if I would like to do a camera inspection just to make sure there was not a serious problem. I'm very glad he recommended this. Although the solution is not cheap we were able to get the problem fixed before further damage is done and the price to fix it more expensive.

excellent service. We had a stopped up kitchen drain and Roto-Rooter of Cleveland assigned Walter as our plumber. He did an excellent job, was fast and kept the house clean. Will call Roto-rooter again if we have any plumbing issues.
