HORRIBLE FOOD, ok service. This was one of the worst dining experience I have had in a long time. At the prices they are charging, and considering that there are LOTS of other very good restaurants in downtown Cleveland, I was very disappointed in the the quality and taste of the food. My husband ordered the roasted garlic boston strip and I had the lobster macaroni. The marinade they used on the steak was disgusting. The mashed potatoes they served with the steak was tasteless and the texture was telling that the mashed potatoes came straight out of the box. The lobster macaroni was flavorless. The sauce was kind of watery and very bland. It needed more seasoning like salt. If I could give it zero stars I would. I will never go there again and I would not recommend this place to anyone I know.

Do not waste money. I was very disappointed when I visited on 6/27/09. The food was horrible. I had the steak panini and my girlfriend had the chick parm. The panini need something extra to make it taste better. The service staff was not great and the drinks from drink menu left more to be desired. I wondered with all the other local restaurants packed with customers why the waterstreet grill was empty. Now I know why. Do not waste your money.
