Unethical Business Practices.
I recently requested pizza from this location. Let me tell you, this is not a BOGO that offers any great deals. I am a first time customer, and when I ordered, I was lead to believe that I was getting two pizzas for the price of one. I ended paying $28.00 for the delivery of the pizza. The way the person taking my order made me think I was getting a second pizza free! I called to talk to the manager, and she not only was rude, she told me "Each member of their staff is required to upsale their orders. So, when you are asked "......and for the second pizza?" It's not without a price!! I ws told that one pizza would have been $15. Again, I paid $28. This is ethically unacceptable. Their business practice is misleading with the BOGO logo. And they don't ask if you have a coupon. They count on you not mentioning it! When you call back they say "if you want what is on the coupon, then I'll have to charge you extra to deliver it. You're not getting it free." True story...it happened to me. This company policy sounds like that of telemarketers when they catch you by surprise. Furthermore, their so-called miracle crust is soaked with oil that drips as you pick it up. When you bite into it......you gag from a blast of squirting oil in the crust. So much for a whole wheat healthy grain crust. I recommend that you order pizza from an ethical company. It's expensive enough as it is, but at least you don't feel as though you were just taken for a ride.
