she refused to cancel my insurance

I called Heather to ask her to cancel my policy and she refused. I then called the company and they patched me over to her managers office. They assured me it would be taken care of. (I saved $990 per year to leave this company with two cars and a home policy). Heather then sent me a rude nasty message because she didn't do her job and I called the company because she didnt cancel my policies as I requested. The last time I ran into her she was in the grocery store and she was drunk. She is immature and nasty. I can't believe she is in a management type of capacity after the ways she has treated us. Grow up.

SHE TRIED TO DOUBLE MY RATES!

She tried to double my rates after my agent gave me what I had asked for in coverages. My agent quit American Family and they gave me to her secretary, Heather. Heather told me that I had to have more coverage and told me that she needs me to drive to her 45 minutes to review my auto policy. I quit this women who thinks she can just up my rates for her private pocketbook!

HORRIBLE SERVICE

THESE WOMEN ARE JUST RUDE. I ASKED IF I COULD ADD MY GIRLFRIEND TO MY POLICY AND RACHEL NEVER ADDED HER. HEATHER WAS SNIPPY WITH ME ON THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED ABOUT RACHELS ATTITUDE. ISN'T THIS WHAT THEY GET PAID FOR? THE HORRIBLE PART ABOUT THIS IS THAT THEY ARE MY THIRD AGENTS THIS YEAR WITH AMERICAN FAMILY INSURANCE! AGENTS ALL QUIT OR GET FIRED WITH THIS COMPANY AND THESE TWO ARE BRAND NEW WITH THESE ATTITUDES. I FOUND INSURANCE FOR HALF THE PRICE AFTER CALLING AN INDEPENDANT AGENT DOWN THE STREET.
