Worst spa experience ever!!
I bought the spa deal from this business through Groupon and I experienced quite a few bad things from this place, including:
1) Difficulty to make an appointment or contact the staff - It is very not easy to contact the staff at all. The 1800 phone number that is shown on their website does never work. The staff have never picked up your call.
2) Lack of timeliness - I had my appointment at 10 am at Kamm's corner location but the staffs showed up at 10.30 am. They just said that they thought that my appointment was 10.30 am. Horrible excuse!!
3) Lack of massage skill - The staffs really have no clue how to massage. I bet they have never taken any massage course at all.
4) The dirtiness and unpleasant environment - This place is not even close to the word of being the spa. It looks like an old, nasty, storage room.
5) Unprofessional and very rude staff- The staff looks and behave very not professional.
Don't waste your time, money, and your frustration with this business.
RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The person with whom I spoke stated that same day openings were NEVER available because they were SUCH A GREAT PLACE and no one ever cancelled???. While trying to negotiate an available day in the following weeks - she was alternately rude and patronizing. I am a busy professional trying to get a massage, not beg for a meeting with the president of the USA. I indicated I would have to call back to schedule something in the future. She then stated for me to not bother and hung up on me. I am always polite and never raise my voice or say things I would not repeat in public to anyone. I assumed I had just gotten a disgruntled employee- so I called back and asked for the manager. This person stated she was the manager and stated that they did not need my business and hung up on me for the second time. As this was a 3 session $89.00 groupon, I called groupon directly, who apologized and refunded my money with no problems. Thank you groupon. I would stay away from this place. They obviously are not doing so well if their managers do not understand customer service and they do not have enough staff to answer phones.

After she proceeded to curse me out and hang up in my face twice, she spoke down to me as if "living social" was beneath her for my mothers day gift from my boyfriend. She cancelled my appointment, 0 notification. I called to confirm and she proceeded to be loud, unruly, cut me off and tell me to contact living social to cancel. This is not a good career move for her and I feel for her staff.
I have reported her to the BBB and I attend 5 diamond resorts so this mediocre place is irrelevant to me. I was simply accepting a gift. I hate this place and the customer service and I will make sure EVERYONE KNOWS.
Just U Relax is scamming you through Groupon. My experience was ALL BAD!! Like everyone else, I also did not make it to my appointment and nor would I ever want to step foot in a place like this. I called to confirm my appointment and got hit with the most unprofessional reception in my whole entire life. This place is supposed to relax you...what a joke and embarassment to real salon professionals! Please take note: JustURelax is scamming Groupon. Look at all the reviews and you can tell. The only good review seems to have been written by JustURelax posing to be a happy customer. Another thing that tickled me about this "so-called" salon is when I asked the rude receptionist who the owner of the establishment was she said "I am and my name is Ursela". Yet shortly after, the "so-called office manager" named Mary Lewis called me to tell me that I could not use their service because of how I spoke with her staff"...let me just say that Ursela/Mary Lewis/the owner/the receptionist/the office manager is also the janitor. ( : Get your $$$ back from Groupon ASAP if you are smart!
Just Mean. Like some other reviewers I didn't get to my appointment either because of the sad service. It seems to be whatever you agree upon in your first conversation with the staff will not happen. They find some formality to use as a base for cancelling your session, and will totally blame the whole thing on you. They try to smooth it over with a perk like an extra 10 minutes, but having someone essentially call you a liar and laugh is not worth any deal.
Worst Customer Service. I didn't even get to the appointment. I called them saying I was going to be about five minutes late because I was trying to find parking, and they informed me that I had to reschedule my appointment. They called me about an hour and a half before the appointment, but never left me a message. So I had no idea about needed to reschedule the appointment. I understand that things happen, and sometimes massage appointments need to be rescheduled, but I found it completely unprofessional that they never left me a message to even call back, and they seemed to have blamed me for never calling back to reschedule. If you have to reschedule, just calling someone doesn't cut it, you have to actually leave a message so they can call you back and reschedule, not just let them show up cancel their appointment, and blaming them for not answering their phone.
Best Service and Massage & Spa i ever visited. We had a AWESOME TIME!! We tipped $200 for the three ladies that did our pamper session, they had theese great healthy turkey wraps, real fresh fruit drinks and the ambiance was heavenly. We all got one of everything and when i tell you a deep tissue massage, they mean that!! they were on stools , thai mats, using muscle machines, you can pick lotion oil or cream and the aromatherapy is sooooo nice... we had three hot pink engraved bamboo robes and engraved slippers, i got a diff color on every toe i coulnt pick i had never seen such a wall filled with colors, oils, spa gifts.... We booked a bridal party for May and my sis moved her wedding date to get us in here together when they had room... LOVE IT CLEVELAND>>>Just Relax~~ earned their name, they are even going to service our mom at a nursing home weekly for massage facials and mani pedi.. Thanks Staff!! irsula danielle rachel !!! My fiancee' purchased a gift for me on living social in December of 2011. I called in January and my appointment wasn't scheduled until March 2012. Before my appointment, I took my sister for her birthday to check out the place. The massage person/receptionist seemed nice but her attire was sloppy, with no shoes and dirty socks. The nail station had about 10 polishes total.
Shortly after that experience, a few days before my scheduled appointment, they called me to cancel my appointment due to an event going on in downtown Cleveland. I asked why did they schedule the appointment on that date in the first place and the person said, "I AINT PSYCHIC". I then asked to be transferred to the owner and inquired on how to get my money back. She stated, "you purchased through living social so good luck getting your money back" and hung up the phone. --- This after I was just there a week before and spent close to $100 on my sister. I am only giving 1 star because it is required to give a star.
PLEASE DON'T PATRONIZE THIS PLACE!! THEY DON'T DESERVE BUSINESS AND THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS!!!
Your sister only got a 1/2 hour and you were both in the couple massage room suite 322, manis and pedis are done next door in 320 where we have close to 200 polishes on a 10 foot wall, also, your coupon expired 12/29, we were agreeing to honor it, although you called in January. I never spoke to you in this way and the city closed the street for the parade and we were not notified until wends and called you wends and offered a free facial for the inconvenience.
Don't need your business and not sorry about it. I have not experienced any of their services yet -- I bought a deal voucher off of groupon to go with a friend for birthday massages. Booking with them has been a nightmare though, a truly frustrating experience. The first few times I called no one answered, so I left a message. I called again a few days later and the girl who answered rattled of the company name so fast I thought I had the wrong number, then she asked if I could hold and cut off my response, and hung up on me... it was probably an accident but it was super unprofessional regardless. I called again an hour later, I was once again put on hold for nearly 10 minutes. Finally when I got to talk to someone they said they were too booked to fit me in for 2 months. It's fine that they were booked, but they acted like I was inconveniencing them by wanting to make an appointment. The girl on the phone was completely unapologetic and basically told me to go screw myself. I asked her if I could just get my money back because I wanted to take my business elsewhere and she said that was groupon's problem. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, regardless of the quality of their services. They obviously don't need more business so they shouldn't get any.
We have a 24/7 live answering staff, we dont even have a hold feature. You called January and were booked until March, due to V-Day. We offered you a free facial for the wait and you ref. & began to say names that dont belong to us at the office, so I refused the voucher & told you who to call for a refund. Vouchers were redeemed thru 12-29-11, but you called on 1-15-12, we are not open Sun. but tried to accommodating but you called 7 times again before we opened again Tue. due to MLK day.
