Like NYC for the Midwest. VANITYLAB makes you feel like you've been transported from Westlake, Ohio directly to the Big Apple. Their customer service is beyond reproach, the quality and genuineness of their staff is amazing and they carry only the top haircare and skin care brands at the best prices around. Throw in their boutique jewelry store and you've got a tri-fecta experience you will find nowhere else in the world.

The best salon service ever!. I have been to salon's but this one is by far the best! The services are affordable. The staff is excellent! I am hooked on this pampering palace! Pedicures are in an area that is soothing and relaxing. They care about your feet, I have never had a smudge problem from this salon! I have traveled the world and have had good doo's and bad doo's. The Vanity Lab is EXCELLENT! They actually use toner!!!! I have never had a wait, however I wouldn't mind if I did since they even have a fabulous shop with original items!

Pricey!!!. First haircut was fine, spent the time to do it right. the second time was too expensive, $30.00 for what I considered a trim, and the cut was not edgy enough. If you cancel an appt. you will recieve a bill for $10.00 but it is ok for them call you and change your appt an hour before your appt. And also spent a very short amount of time on cut because there was a client after. So we had to come in later to accomodate the previous client and then have ours cut short for the next one. POOR PLANNING.
