This is an excellent place to hang out. The ambiance is great for a group or even a private dinner for two. I love the old world style decor. I went on a saturday night and the music was very good and there was even a movie projected on the wall! We stopped by for dessert and I had the tiramasu - which was quite good but the chocolate gelato looked even better. I will have to get that next time!

Good service, high prices. The service was overall very good, except the hostess clearly hated her job. The waiter, however, was very congenial. The food was good, but I expected mind-blowing food considering how expensive everything was. Plan on spending at least 60 dollars for a decent dinner for two.

Small lunch menu and portions, but good flavors. Perhaps our expectations were too high, based on their prices, but lunch was satisfying in some ways, disappointing in others. All patio seats were full at 12:40, so we were escorted to a wooden table inside. It was dark inside, but the table was near the front, so it was well lit. The table surface was unfinished, and there was no tablecloth or even paper covering it, giving it a look that was more rustic and bar-like than we expected. The hostess's overly casual attire did not give the impression that this was a pricy place. Even though the lunch crowd was thinning quickly, it took longer to place our orders than we would have liked. The lunch menu is quite small, but we decided on the kabobs. The bread brought to our table was surprisingly delicious -- warm and moist with a thin, toasty, crispy crust. Service was very friendly, but could have been a bit more attentive. For a $25 lunch for two with no drinks, appetizers or dessert (server didn't even ask if we wanted any dessert), we expected larger portions. The kabobs were very tasty, as was the eggplant caponade and Greek salad as sides on the plates, and we enjoyed them, but only one small skewer of grilled food does not justify the price. I'm not a big eater, so the quantity on the plates was fine, just not at those prices. Perhaps they serve larger amounts at dinner.
