great customer service and support.. I have been doing bussiness with them for 17yrs. Buying everything from karaoke cds and Cavs units to speakers and amps and Mikes ect. They have always given great deals and support. If there was a problem, they went out of their way to satisfy me the customer. They have also been burnt on several occassions extending credit. The economy is bad enough and jobs are few, my mixer broke on me, and I couldn't do the two karaoke gigs i had. even with the problems they have with the economy. I was still able to get the mixer I needed on credit to the gigs. Thats just one of many times they have Help me when they didn't have to. I say again GREAT SUPPORT & CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

AMAZING service, and timely delivery! Ordered a new karaoke system from Lightyear music on 4/19/11 and received it on 4/22/11. The service was prompt. Everybody that has seen the system really likes it, and the 3600 watt speakers sound great!! They didn't ship the same day but they took pains in boxing it up and picking a good freight carrier to ship it to my door, they even helped out on the shipping cost. The package weight was over 100 lbs. and everything arrived in great condition.

Chuck you have a great on line service for karaoke systems and music.

I would recommend lightyearmusic to anyone looking for this kind of service.

Terrific support and very helpful.. My experiences with Light Year have been mostly with Brian and he has always been very helpful. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
