Best Pet Facility in Parma. When I first walked into Bartels I could not believe that this place was a pet hospital. It was very clean and huge. The doctors and staff were all very caring and knowledgeable. After my appointment one of the staff members gave me a tour of the rest of the facility, which was great, and helped me take my pet out to my car. I could not imagine taking my pet anywhere else.
