What customer service????.
I have now bought 4 caps from A better truk cap and it will be our last. Jerry is more interested in getting paid than making sure his customers get a good product. ARE repaired the cap. Jerry made me come back twice to see and photo the problem. He didn't do much to see things were being taken care of. No wonder the card payment was held to be sure it was fixed. Now he threatens action
when it's the card company he needs to work with. Jerry needs to go back to business school and be sure his customers are taken care of and he will surely increase his business, not chase good customers away. I'll not return to A Better Truk Cap for any more purchases.
