TLC. Dr. Nappier and the entire staff at Westlake Animal Hospital are great! They truly care about your animal and know what they are doing. Dr. Nappier has been the only veterinarian to really address my dog's chronic ear infections. He is an amazing vet! Also, the front desk staff and the vet techs go out of their way to make your pet feel very special. The practice is set up to make your pet feel comfortable and your pet never leaves your side for anything (blood work,etc) so you always see how they are being treated. You can even watch their operation if you want. No closed doors here.
