Worst Service I have ever received. WORST HAIR PLACE I have ever been too. First off the girl up front was rude and there was hardly anyone in there. to be empty on a Saturday should of been a sign. I called and made the appt. and advised i wanted a cut, style and HIGHLIGHTS. I also made it very clear over the phone that I wanted this and I had longer thick hair. I also told the girl at the beginning of my appointment that I wanted red highlights and she proceeded to do my hair. Then when I brought it up again she was like oh you never told me that it was miscommunication. AND then proceeded to tell me they dont have TIME for it.When I made an appt specifically for that. The manager even admitted she didnt listen to my request when I made the appt. and did not do anything to make me EVER want to come back.

Best Pedicure!!. I recently had a "Bella" pedicure at Bella Mia West with Karen. It was a terrific experience. Yes, it's pricey for this particular option (there are other pedis you can choose from), but it's worth it for the time and attention that you receive. I've had many pedis at many different salons, and I can safely say this one was the best. I'm quite picky, especially about cleanliness issues, and this pedi definitely passed the test. Highlights:

1. Foot scrub that actually feels like it's exfoliating (not some quick scrub and rinse that seems pointless).

2. Soothing mask.

3. AWESOME foot/calf massage.

4. Attention to detail.

5. Cleanliness -- they use a new exfoliator for each customer. Also, they don't use that scary metal thing that looks like a cheese grater to remove your calluses.

My feet are soft and my nails look great. I definitely will return!

Great New Day Spa. I had my first visit at Bella Mia West 5 months ago. I was very impressed how professional and personable the staff was. My first service was a Bella pedicure, it was such a wonderful experience I rebooked for 6 weeks later. On my last visit I had a haircut and color service. My hair is easy to care for and looks super. I highly recommend Bella Mia West.
