Wonderful. I received a Mother's Day Gift Card for Q's Spa. I went there today and had an amazing time. The services were excellant. I had a facial, massage, a Spa Pedicure and cut & style. Everyone was excellant, I felt like I was a queen for the day. I wish I could go back again tomorrow.
The most amazing place. This place is like no other in the area! It looks amazing like a Spa you would find in a high end resort. The staff was excellant and friendly from the time you enter until you leave. I had a massage that was the best I've ever had and then had my hair cut & styled which was awesome. I would highly reccomend and will be back soon.
bad experience. My first visit made an appointment in advance and when i show up No one is there to cut my hair.... i wait and wait for more then 35 min still No Luck.. 2nd visit made an appontment , This time i did receive the service, and they charge me $250, Which is ok but after 5 days later , my hair is same as befour no diffrence after spending $250.so when i told them i didn't like my hair after spending so much money, owner he was right there he didn't say single world and went to back office and let me deal with his employee... i don't think that is even a good management, atleast they need to listen to there customer .. and ofcourse employee told me sorry you came come back i will charge you only for product..hahahaha Really? i don't think so... NOT RECEIVING A GOOD SERVICE AFTER SPENING SO MUCH MONEY. AND VERY POOR MANAGEMENT.
Absolutely SHOCKING treatment by front desk imbicile.
Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a Monday "by appointment only" booking. Showed up to a dark building - nobody inside! Decided to wait & half an hour later, the front desk guy arrives without a clue that I had an appointment. I stayed calm & accepted to reschedule for 2 days time - the only time I had left before my vacation. I had to ask if he could give me something for my trouble that day (driving 45min to get there) and all he offered was a 15min extension on the time. Come Wednesday, I get a call saying that they are closing early due to weather and if I could come earlier. I said that at the earliest I could be there 1.5hrs before the appointment time, but apparently that was still insufficient since they asked that I reschedule. I called to speak to the owner & she was out of town, so only had the guy to speak with who continued to speak over me & rattle off excuses.
DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS INCONSIDERATE BUSINESS!
Just a question. Why are your hours posted 9am to 7am? Seems like a long time to be opened. Also why is your salon name after a River that carries lost souls to be judge or damned forever. Not very trendy more morbid than anything.
