REBUTTAL TO "INEFFECTIVE AND COSTLY TREATMENT".....The program to which is he speaking of is Zerona Laser. When I went in for my consultation, I was told about how I really needed to commit to the program. I would have to drink lots of water, exercise, especially cardio, eat a healthy diet every single day....oh, and no alcohol for 3-4 weeks Wasn't sure if I could...change is hard.

So....I thought about it for a few days and then decided the only thing I had to lose was fat and inches...who doesn't want that! My stomach area is a problem, so I wanted to target there. I began with 6 treatments, which is the minimum you can do. But I started to feel and look different, so I signed up for 3 more treatments. I couldn't believe how great I felt. Giving up vodka on the rocks for 4 weeks, was worth every drink I didn't have..lol! I'm so pumped for how great I feel.... and would recommend the program to anyone who can follow "orders", stay committed and just want to feel energized.

Maybe "INEFFECTIVE" didn't do all he was supposed to, it's very hard to make a big change....I know because I needed to. All I'm saying is....it worked for me!

I've, also, gotten Botox and skin rejuvenation peels at Light Touch, and now my face and skin match the way I feel on the inside......gorgeous! :-)

CLEVELAND'S BEST REJUVENATION CENTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I am a long time patient at Light Touch Aesthetic Center. Every time I go there I feel like the staff really truly cares about their patients. I went in for botox to get rid my laugh lines. I've went to other places before and no one has measured up to Light Touch's treatment. They clearly explained to me where I would be injected on my face, how, and what exactly (Nasal Labial Folds). Also, I got laser hair removal from them as well and the price was reasonable. I got the package that included underarms, bikini line, and face (upper lip and chin). Lastly, I got a package of chemical peels and the price was a little more than I expected, but IT WAS SO WORTH IT!!! I went on a girls' night out and all my girlfriends noticed an IMMEDIATE change in my skin and I didn't even tell them I got a chemical peel. I really love Light Touch's service and when I go there Dr. Kay and Dr. Nick treat me well and really have helped my looked really good. I just want to say thanks to Light Touch for helping out.:)

If you are thinking about hair removal procedures, botox, and chemical peels I would go to Light Touch.

INEFFECTIVE AND COSTLY LIGHT TOUCH TREATMENT. I have gone to court and won a case in small claims court of Garfield Hts, in May, 2011, againt this Center..They charged $500, as the first part of $1,500. for a spot laser treatment that promised to help remove inches from trouble areas of my body. THE LIGHT TOUCH PRACTIONER DID NOT KNOW WHAT HE WAS DOING. I was interested in decreasing my middle age bulge and although I am very fit and eat sensibly, as well as exercise daily, the laser treatment, which was supposed to help me loose the inches was ineffective..I continually commented to the staff and finally went to court and won a summary judgement. I have yet to receive my money for this

ineffective treatment. The procedures that were supposedly to help me were spot laser treatments combined with an internal cleasing treatment plus good diet and exercise. The spot laser techniques were not followed by the practioner,.He did not know how to operate the machine

until the second time around, after I had complained loudly..Nevertheless, this was totally ineffective. It was a waste of my time, energy and money. To date, I have

not heard a word from LIGHT TOUCH, even though the court has ordered them to reimburse me.
