Roto-Rooter courteous and professional.
My bathroom sink was clogged and my shower diverter was in disrepair. I called Roto-Rooter on a Sunday and was promised a service call between 11:00 am to 2:00 pm the same day.
Bob 7860 arrived on time as promised. He examined both the sink and tube then explained to me what repairs were required. He gave me a quote and on approval began work.
He completed the work as promised and cleaned up. It was beyond a basic wipe up, the bathroom was clean, it was a pleasant surprise. Bob 7860, was punctual, courteous and very professional. I’d recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone.

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain is my choice.
After having a brand new ceramic floor installed in the kitchen, new sink and cabinets, I found out that the drain leading to the sewer was clogged. After talking with several plumbers, I was told
that they might have to break up my new floor to fix the drain. I called Roto-Rooter. A friend recommended Roto-Rooter to me when I bought my home many years ago.The plumber arrived within the hour and immediately realized how upset I was. It gave me such a calmness as he assured me that he would do everything possible and to the best of his ability to fix the problem without breaking up my floor; and he did just that. I will always call Roto-Rooter when I have a plumbing need, and will I definitely refer them to my family, friends, and neighbors.
It is not everyday that you find a person who knows how to handle a crisis as professionally and completely as the representative of Roto-Rooter did.
