Fanstastic Body work. Did a great job on my car, were fast reliable, have no complaints and recommend them highly. Will definately come back to these guys for any other body work/auto repairs I might need.

High Price for very Little Work. I took my car in because the engine light was on and to get my brakes checked out. They gave me a free estimate on work and told me that they had changed my back rear light. The bill for this work was $34.00. The light bulb was literally a $2.00 part and I was charged $28 labor plus tax. This was such a rip-off and I'll never patronize them again.

Best body work and also the fastest service in town...not to mention the best prices. I run a large transportation company in Warrensville Heights consisting of 75 vehicles. We have been using Terry's for a little over three years. They are without a doubt the best in town. Not only is the body work the finest in the area but they get our vans back on the road in twice the time of any other shop around. Thanks to John our fleet looks better than ever. I will be starting at another transportation service in the very near future and I will contine to call John for all of our work.

Best Car Service!. I checked several places, and Terry's had the best price. I was a bit skeptical at first because I was afraid that skimping on the cost would skimp on the quality. But they did a really good job, and the employees were friendly. The reason they're cheaper is because they're honest, and don't charge for every single little thing you don't need or service that shouldn't be charged (one place tried to charge me for handling toxic paints..ridiculous). Anywho, I would definitely recommend Terry's for any of your car service needs.
