Wonderful. I dont eat steak that often but when i had a craving for steak last night I decided to go to Longhorn on Rockside (independence) And Let me tell you when I say good I mean SOOOOO Good!! The steak was like butter it melted in my mouth, it was flavorful, perfectly seasoned and just enough! I would recommend Longhorn to everyone for a great steak

One of the country's most successful steakhouse empires attracts a casual crowd with huge, reasonably priced steak dinners and a tempered Texan milieu (country music and imposing cattle busts). Wise diners turn off their internal calorie counters, as many menu items arrive fried, covered in cheese, or both. A typically rich meal starts with cheese fries, followed by a blue cheese-crusted fillet. Fried cheesecake ends the night on a note of Texas-sized decadence.
