i dont know where to begin. this lady is mentally unstable. after trying to talk to me behind the wall as she is straightening the room, i step in the doorway and she snaps "ok, im not done in here", waves me to leave from in the massage room,.i could tell there was something "not right". she looked completely manic and unkept and asks in a thick eastern european accent and missing teeth "are u alright, i dont think so". i say, yes, are you? she then proceeded to ask me if its my birthday. i say, oh, no but its my daughters. she snaps, i dont care! and asks to verify i had a coupon for her business and not the reiki business downstairs (even after i read the coupon to her on the phone and 5 min prior). she says ok, so you had massage before, "yes", she says ok, you know the routine, (oh-kaaay), im starting to feel like bolting for the door, just shocked really.."just leave on your underwear!". then im waiting for her to close the door or deciding to leave, and she asks again if i had a massage before! so im standing there for a moment, and she looks at me in a completely demented way, says "dont be so happy, we dont sell drugs here", i said, im leaving. she chased me out the door, (i was terrified in an empty building at eve) and said, yes, leave, we dont do crazy people here. a nightmare. i filed a police report that eve and will contact the medical board if she is LMT. i dont know her last name tho, strangely, she does not print it on her pleasant looking business cards. i dont know who did the positive review or how that could even be real (seems contrived) or maybe she is very disturbed and has an alter ego/personality. UNREAL. The police complete empathized with me and filed my report. she has sold 180 Groupons. i wonder if this is a scam or true crazy. either way, its my mission to get her out of business.

Rude, Racist , unprofessional!!!! I have never written a review, as I hate to complain or bad mouth people (especially working class people trying to make an honest living). But I feel like if I dont say something, other customers will be hurt like I was! This isn't about a massage that wasn't so good, this is about a massage therapist who was downright mean, unprofessional, and abusive! She is extremely racist, and makes it very clear that if you aren't Her Kind then she could care less about your business. Even before leaving, she snatches the tip out of your hands, throws it on her desk, and tells you to leave!! I tried to ask her why she was behaving that way, and if i did something wrong, and she said she didnt have to talk to someone Like Me and if i didnt leave immediately, she would call the police!! If you ask her questions, she actually gets upset and throws things! How is someone so unprofessional allowed to stay in business?! I actually did call the local police station myself to report her, but of course there's not much of an actual case. It may not be criminal, but it is still unprofessional, and a horrible way to treat anyone, especially your paying customers! I know two other people who have gone to her for a massage, and their experiences were the same (snatching the tip, pushing you out the door, tossing things around, etc!!). Wow! How can this keep happening?! I have called the Ohio State Medical Board, as have the 2 other people who were treated abusively, so hopefully her license will be suspended and that awful (and dirty, like the other reviewer here talked about) So-Called Business of hers will be shut down! Elena Schwan, aka Agatha, please check yourself, and stop harassing people!!
