I recenty returned from the restaurant with my family members. We went there for my birthday. After waiting for 45 minutes for our steaks we returned 5 of the 6 beause they were undercooked. We sat near the window and, to our amazement, watched the cook grasp the steaks with his bare hand and place them back on the grill. When I complained to the manager he stated the behaviour was unacceptable but wasn't surprised and didn't appear all that concerned. We received a bill for our beverages, received a $50 gift certificate then left. Amazing, a window where anyone can observe the cook and he wasn't wearing gloves.
