We had no hot water and roto-rooter sent us AL. He is the most knowledgeable plumber I have ever dealt with and he diagnosed the problem and fixed everything so that we had our hot water back in a timely manner---THANKS AGAIN AL

This was a terrible experience. I got completely ripped off. The plumber was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Dont trust the pricing here though. I paid $720 for a sub-pump replacement to find out I could have had it done for MUCH cheaper!

In my recent experience, Roto-Rooter proved themselves to be a company that stands behind their work and ensures the satisfaction of their customers.

The service we received from Mike #229 and Al #703 was top notch, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. They were problem solvers. Mike, Al, and their supervisor showed Roto-Rooter in the best possible light and would be the reasons for me using the company again. For Roto-Rooter, the job isn t done until the customer is satisfied.

We were having a back up problem in the basement. Had some sticker shock when we were quoted, but after seeing what was involved and how long it took, I am suprised they didn't charge more. We are very pleased with the completed work. Bryan out technician was tops!

John (2723) fixed a leaky pipe in my basement. He came on time through a snow storm. The repair was done quickly and he cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend to all for their plumbing needs.

I had the pleasure of having Mike #229 service my home. I had a backed up sewer pipe that flooded my basement. I could not stand the stench after a few days so I called Roto-Rooter immediately. Our tech Mike (1063) was awesome!!! We were so upset about our sink not draining and worried about what it could be. Mike was kind, professional, and was very informative!!! He had our sink working within an hour. My parents used Roto rooter for plumbing issues when I was a child....I never thought twice about who to call when our drain stopped working!!! Thank you Roto-Rooter!!!! Thank you Mike!!!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 7/24 and 7/26. Mike 229 was very professional. Replaced the sump pump and snaked our drain in a timely manner. We're loyal to roto-rooter and have used them many times.
