They've been handling the daily stuff that I used to and it's been a great relief to have someone do all that work for what seems like a small price. I don't worry about it anymore because I can see what I great job they've been doing.

As a person who travels frequently, this has been very beneficial, since it can be kind of hard to take care of repairs, etc., when you're out of town. This service is worth every penny! I've referred many of my friends to Surplus PM and they have all been more than satisfied.

surplus property management was managing or place for several years. We are moving back in and amazed at how well the home has been kept. The renter were always reliable and apparently responsible tenants. Thank you surplus property management for taking care of our home.
