My mother called the Limo Service of Cleveland, located in Berea because a friend of hers used it as their wedding day limo service and got a huge discount. She interviewed Mike the owner, then passed the phone to me for the final decision. I told Mike that the only thing I cared about was that the limo was newer-looking, clean & in excellent condition. Mike told me that the vehicle was a 2006 and was "like new". He stated that the deposit would be $200 and the final balance would be due two weeks in advance of the event. I gave my mom the "OK" to put the $200 deposit on her credit card, (as the deposit was a gift from her and my father.) I also arranged for a meeting for my husband and I to come in, check out the vehicle and sign the contract. When my (then) fiancee and I pulled up to the company office, right away red flags were raised when we saw a mechanic working with the hood of the vehicle proped open. The mechanic told us that it was "routine" for him to check the vehicle before every run. He showed us around the limo and to my dismay, it was a rust bucket. The limo was white with a black baseboard. The baseboard had a few dents and to cover obvious rusting, they spray-painted over it with black paint. The interior of the vehicle was dirty and the carpeting had major staining. When the owner pulled in the drive and took us into his office, I informed him of my concern. I told him that I was interested in another of his vehicles, to which he replied that I'd have to submit another $200 deposit on top of the initial deposit to cover for the different vehicle, which he suggested was in "higher demand". I told him that I didn't have the money at the time of the appointment & I advised that I'd either mail or drop of the payment. Mike charged the full balance and 2nd deposit to my parents' credit card without their permission. The limo broke down & I'll never be able to relive the photos and memories of that day.

I did not even do business with these guys...I heard all I needed in a phone call. The owner who also poses as a sales man, was pushy. He was offering a deal for 1 day only...sure the deal sounded great, but after making a few calls and hearing about the service (or lack there of), I immediately changed my mind. I heard several horror stories about not providing the car you signed up for and the service showing up late, if at all. I'd rather not be pushed into a 1 day sale and pay the extra money. Lesson learned: if an offer like this comes around and is today only then it's not a deal at all.

We used Limousine Service of Cleveland for our wedding and were greatly disappointed. The price was right but the service was horrible. A few weeks before the wedding, I sent Limousine Service of Cleveland a detailed itinerary as well as directions to every place they needed to go. During the rehearsal dinner they called repeatedly to confirm these things. Also, the arrived at the church for pick up 1 hour late because they got lost. I was just very disappointed in the service. PROS: Price CONS: LATE!
