Inattentive - Life Threatening Bedsores

A very good friend was sent here after severing her spinal cord in an accident. She was a quadriplegic. They put her on a hard mattress and did not turn her - she developed horrific bed sores on her bottom and all over her limbs. The sores caused additional problems/infections for her. Thankfully she was moved out. The place is dreary and very depressing. The stench was overwhelming at times. On one visit, an old lady was wandering the hall repeating "Help Me" - nobody was paying any attention to her. I would NOT EVER put a member in my family in this facility.
