Stuff my dog wouldn't eat!!!. Joey's used to be really good italian food, and coming from a "homegrown" italian that's saying alot. However their quality of food and service has become a thing of the past. The pizza now is undercooked and as tasteless as if I were eating the pizza from my daughters little tikes kitchen, Also don't waste your time ordering any sort of combo dish because they place them all together and your mozz. styx and fried raviolli end up taking a bath in your clams olive oil. Word to the wise save yourself the trip and just lick the crisco bottle.
Great sauce, crampt space, pricing is high. Prices are high for the amount of food you get. Penna pasta with meat sauce is very tasty - although high priced and not enough of it. Bread brought to table is good, our waitress was great (kept asking if everything was ok) although the first time we ate here the waitress we had was bad. All in all, I'd like to go back to again but can't afford his prices. Also, seating is very tight. Bathrooms are through the kitchen and are soooooooooooooo small. Don't go here if you are overweight - you won't be able to fit through the bathroom door. Sorry
Terrible. Oh my gosh, this place is just awful. I can't believe it's been in business for over 20 years. Let's start with the food. Just tastless. And the service is even worse. The server told us they don't have straws for drinks. Funny, the next table over did have straws for their drinks. Hey, we even got 2 dirty forks before we could actually use the 3rd one. And Coke tasted watered down if you will. Something wasn't right with the syrup/water mix. It tasted stale for pop. Also, the seat I sat in had a tear in it.
Great Italian Food, minus the wine.... Joey's used to be my favorite restaurant, but over the past few year the service hasn't been the greatest, although the food does make up for it . The toasted ravioli is the best in town! Being an Italian restaurant though, their wine list is very small and the wine is kept in the hot kitchen so when it is brought to your table it is very warm (reds). Opt for a Soda..
