Editorial Review for The Inn of Chagrin Falls – by Rob Mandler
The Scene
The Inn of Chagrin Falls, a traditional Colonial-style cottage, is a wonderful hideaway in a distinctive setting that bears a remarkable resemblance to a New England community. Simply put, the inn shines with Victorian splendor in the big-spender atmosphere. In existence well before the inn's arrival, Gamekeeper's Taverne serves as the official eatery for inn residents. The stylish, hunting-lodge-style restaurant's renowned specialties include a variety of eclectic wild-game dishes.
The Details
Built in the late 1920s (and at one time the residence of Ohio-born poet Hart Crane), the inn features 15 individually styled rooms. These superbly equipped accommodations feature cozy fireplaces, attractive wicker ensembles, splendid four-poster beds and well-adorned bathrooms. The common areas of the inn are equally charming.

My wife and I received a gift certiicate from my employer last year for Christmas. It took us a year to make it happen - but we finally made the reservation and committed to going. Great room, comfy bed and no phone calls! What more could you ask for? We'll be back.
