Want hairy food?

My wife and I went to Sorrento's for dinner before a play. We made reservations so we would be seated quickly. It took about ten minutes before our waitress even acknowledged us and took our drink order. After placeing our order, It was a good fifteen minutes before we got salad and bread. My wife noticed there was a long black hair on the basket and mentioned it to our waitress. She apologized and took it away only to return ten minutes later with a single roll. At this point, it was forty five minutes since we placed our order. (Pizza and pasta) Upset and nearly running later for our play; we kindly asked to be charged for the salad and drinks. Our waitress responded with a surly attitude and no apologies; only if we'd be willing to wait an additional five minutes. We declined and were told to "just go" The food is a good value for the money, but make sure you are not charged extra for the hair.

Amazing food! Great Service!

My family stopped here recently and were treated to an excellent evening of great food. The pasta is very authentic, and the overall experience was a pleasure. It was surprisingly crowded for late in a weeknight; leading me to believe it is not a secret how good this is.
