I was very displeased with the service I received on Monday 6/18/12 at approximitely 5:45. The woman at the front desk took my name, instructed me to have a seat and said someone would be back to do my hair at 6 pm. I kwaited till 6:10 pm. When the girl finally walked in the woman asked her if she was taking any more customers. The stylist quickly answered no and that she was off for the night. I will never go back to this store again and will steer all my friends and acquaintances away also.Terrible customer service!
