Customer Service or lack there of. Tried to place order over the phone because of the urgency of the situation. CS told me that I had to place my order on line. Tried to explain that this item needed to go Red, he insisted that order be placed on line. Went on line and placed order, confirmed next day air. Checked this morning and could not find tracking #. Called got same CS and was informed that it PROBABLY would go out today. Said it was too late yesterday to go, North Shore confirmed back at 13:57 their time. CS could have cared less that product did not go. Very poor attitude, absolutely no customer concern, nothing. Any one doing business with these clowns needs to beware. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Will find every avenue I can to express my displeasure with this company.…
