Stay away unless you enjoy Ruidness!.
Your facility is suppose to be a high end professional service, but what I paid for is down right ruidness. I took my daughter to get her hair done up for prom. We arrived 15 mins early. When we walked in this lady came up to us, sit here, oh! your hair is all wet. Never hi my name is, welcome to headquaters, can I get you anything to drink, have you ever been here before, what would you like me to do for you today. The lady proceded to complain about her hair being we, then asked what do you want. My daughter showed her a picture and she groaned in agony. What is up with that. Told my daughter that girl had all fake hair so that wouldnt be good to do, but nor did she suggest any other options for her. Complained to me becuz it might take more than a hr becuz her hair was wet. I told her to dry it and walked out to do some errands while I left her with daughter--big mistake should of just took her somewhere else. Upon returning it only took her a half hr didnt look professional at all. My daughter said she actually liked it so I left it at that. She proceeded to complain about the ends of my daughters hair then said her ticket was at the counter and walked away. No thanx, have a good day, enjoy prom, NOTHING!!!!! The whole time my daughter was there, never received her name nothing!!!!!!!!!!
All we have is preformed by 13. Needless to say we will not EVER be going back there nor recommending this place to anyone.
IT SUCKED!!!! We would of received better service from Famous Hair Company or Best Cuts for that matter.
Really?.
I have been going to this salon for several years. I had recently lost my job and couldn't afford my regular girl, so I went to one of the new girls- they generally charge less because they're fresh out of beauty school (her name escapes me.. she has blonde hair and is really skinny). She was very rude. She rolled her eyes at me when I told her what I wanted. I don't know what that was about, because it was pretty basic. Then she proceeded to hack off all of my hair. I asked for blunt ends and layers starting below the ear (to avoid the mullet look). It looked fine when I left the salon- even though the layers were wayyyy above my ear, but I noticed how horrible it was when I got home.
My friend (who lives far away) is a hairdresser, and I went to visit her. She asked me right away why I had cut my hair with kitchen scissors. She tried to fix it (God love her), but it still looked like s**t. It's been three months now, and is only -starting- to look normal.
Long story short... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. You're better off taking a chance at Best Cuts.... Or doing it yourself.
I'll never go back.
