Although they could not duplicate the problem the service person was very polite and did NOT make me feel silly for calling them out on the new machine. He even gave tips on how to prevent the possible problem again. After this experience I would use them again!

I have used Fred's Appliance for a few years now. All of the technicians have been extremely efficient. As they work on my appliances they explain, in layman's terms, what they are doing and why. I trust them to fix the appliance right the first time, and they have. Just recently Luke came out to service my refrigerator. His knowledge and workmanship is of the highest caliber. I would recommend Fred's Appliance for any appliance repair work you may need.

Fred's appliance and our technician Chris were very professional and organized. I like the automated reminder call the night before to make sure the appointment time was still ok. They came when they said they would, they were effiecient, it was all around a good experience! I would definietly recommend them and use them again!

Freds appliance was great and really helped us out with our leaking washer. Thanks to Gregg he found the problem really fast and we were able to receive the part very quickly.

Our dryer stopped drying. The first time they came out, they said it was the vent that needed cleaned out, But the dryer stopped drying again. The 2nd time they came out they found the coils were bad so they replaced them. They gave quick service and did not charge again for a home visit on the 2nd visit. They did a good job and left no messes! We are pleased with their service
