I HIGHLY recommend looking for another
hotel to stay at. Mr. Lamalfa is nothing more than a thief. They charged us for TWO rooms (one as a no show) because of a mistake made by their employee Torey. She made a second reservation unbeknownst to us. The manager Deborah said that Mr. Lamalfa refused to refund the charges for the no show without further explanation!
Horrible Customer Service.
Hotel staff are rude and disrespectful. Even the owner is arrogant and unreasonable. If you are looking to get in and get out with no contact with the staff then I recommend this hotel, otherwise it is not worth the insults and stress.
