Great place to shop for used or new cars!. Ive purchased two cars from this dealership. I looked around at many others. They didn't treat me any differently because I was female or young, they treated me with respect and gave me a great deal both times. The first car I bought was a used car, and I was very peticular about what I wanted, the salesperson called many buyers and found me the pefect car. I also traded in my old car and they gave me more that they probably shouldve for it. Great place to shop for used or new cars! I also get my maintenence done here and they offer a car to use while yours is being fixed or worked on.

Great Dealership. Great dealership. After being frustrated by Motorcars Honda in Cleveland, and being treated poorly, we went out to Honda of Mentor. What a difference! So nice to actually feel like a valued customer. Salesmen and women aren't paid on commission. They just want a sale, and they want to sell you the car YOU want. Very fair pricing. We after the quality of service we received, my wife and I felt no need to haggle over price. Top notch and a class act!

impressed. I was a GM driver since my late teens, this is the first time for a Honda. By the way, I am very impressed with your service department. That is what will keep me coming back!
