One of the better Dealers!!. My salesperson was Joanie Latessa, and she was great - experienced and knowledgeable. I had a trade-in and they were very fair with the price, really worked with me to make me happy. The car I bought had lots of dings on the sides and they were able to get every one out, the car looks great...very satisfied and would go back to this dealership in a heartbeat!!

Terrible!!!!!!!!!!. They sold me a car after resetting the Check engine lights. I had a Honda certified mechanic from another dealer check it out, only to find seven bad codes. All the codes were unrelated, and i had not even had the car for 5 days. My mechanic friend said " there was no way that they didn't know". I got the same response from 2 other mechanics. They lie, and don't care what they sell you. I like the Honda Brand, but not this dealership.

No pressure, freindly people. From the minute I walked into the showroom, I felt comfortable. No pushy salesman just someone ready to help. I went there on a whim wondering if I can turn in my lease early. I literally had 30 months left out of a 36 month lease. Did I do the smartest thing I ever did? I doubt it. But I was able to get into a car I actually liked for a few bucks more than thte lease I already had. With a little confusion, they made it happen. From the first conversation with Tony Canzone to talking with Bob the manager and then Marty the general manager, they all treated me with respect. I dont like formal situations where they talk like youre going to have major surgery or something. We were on the same pages all the way down to financing where that too was actually a fun experience talking to her ( I forgot her name but we actually laughed and had a good time) All this matters to me. In my lifetime I have purchased 21 new cars between me and my wife and this experience was the best. I hope the customer service continues when I take my car in for service. Oh I didnt mention, they even give you donuts and coffee! lol

Awesome experience-will not go to any other dealer!. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Honda of Mentor. Mike Graham was wonderful to work with from beginning to end. He was everything you want in a car salesman-personable, knowledgeable, funny and NOT aggressive or pushy!

Honda of Mentor was the ONLY dealership willing to help me out of a competitor's non-Honda lease in which I had negative equity. They bought out my lease AND got me into a brand new CR-V with the monthly payment I had asked for. No haggling, no nagging. Just great customer service. and a quick, smooth process.

I have dealt with Honda of Mentor before and had wonderful experiences then too. I made the mistake of leaving and getting a Subaru-NEVER again! Great car, yes. Do they value the customer and want to do anything they can to keep you loyal to the brand? From my interaction with Halpert Subaru, NOT AT ALL. Lesson learned-Honda of Mentor for any and all of my future car needs!
