While washing my hair I rec'd a mini facial, scalp & arm massage. Can you say heaven! Could have fallen asleep if it were not for the consant chit chat from the sylist. I could hardly hear the soothing music played overhead. My stylist seemed knowledgable and I believe gave me the right advice as we talked. As for the cut. I am not disappointed but the back is not quite the way I would have liked it. I have booked with her again and will see how it goes before I make any decisions. I recently lost my stylist to relocation and was paying $35 (including tip) so the $40 (no tipping) which include the extras and more spa like surroundings was worth it. My question is - with the more expensive stylist do you get more of the spa tranquillity?

THIS SALON WAS REFERED BY MY SISTER-IN-LAW FROM MENTOR-ON-THE-LAKE. MY SISTER AND I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE AT THE SALON. THE FRONT DESK NEEDS TO HAVE MORE ATTENTION PAID TO IT. THEY DID NOT KNOW WE HAD COME IN. OUR STYLIST HAD GREAT PLANS FOR OUR CUTS, BUT IT CAME OUT A LITTLE SHORTER THEN PLANNED. THEY SPEND A LOT OF TIME WITH EACH APPOINTMENT. THE MESSAGE FELT WOUNDERFUL, VERY RELAXING. THE PRODUCTS THEY USE ON OUR HAIR & SKIN MADE IT FEEL LIKE IT WAS RENEWED. THEY ALSO HAVE A LARGE MALE CLIENT BASE. EVERYONE NEED SOME SPECIAL ATTENTION. WE ALL LOVED THE T.L.C.

Do Not Waste Your Money!

Every time that I have gone to Ladies and Gentlemen in Mentor I've had a bad experience. The receptionist are not friendly nor are they helpful if you have a question. I have had different services and each of them have turned out to be a nightmare. I tried several stylists and levels of experience and they are all bad. Haircuts and color is extremely expensive. Now I go to Best Cuts because I get better cuts from them! This is supposed to be a spa like experience and it was far from it! If I could give this establishment zero stars I would have!
