An Experience. Ladies & Gentlemen Salon & Day Spa in Mentor, Ohio is the only place I will trust with my locks. Not only are they experienced, but you recieve the most relaxing experience of a lifetime! The staff makes you feel valued as a client, and makes it easy to develop a personal relationship with the staff. By far, one of the best Salons & Day Spas in Northern Ohio.

extreme makeover plus MORE. this aveda salon is the best in the city and it is by far the nicest salon (legacy village) in northeast ohio. if you are looking for an extreme makeover, then you are going to the right place by going to ladies and gentlemen. the stylists at L&G are among the best in the industry. the experience is NOT to be frowned upon! not only do you receive a fabulous new look you also receive pampering beyond belief. a scalp message, hand & arm message, make up touch up - all included!! did i mention they don't accept tips!! maybe the previous reviewer needs to let the professional do what they need to do and NOT try to pretend they know what's best for them. trust the experts at ladies & gentlemen, not only do they have 30 years experience, but they also educate other sylists throughout the country.

Not what I paid for.... I was recommended to this salon because of its location (legacy village) and because of the repuation of the of the same salon in Mentor. The receptionists were inattentive and did not seem knowledgeable about the products. The haircut was the worst part of the experience. After I asked to keep the length and for no layers, the stylist cut off 4 inches and layers about 1 1/2 inces shorter than that. When I expressed my disappointement she told me to remember 'it was just hair.' I had asked for a senior stylist to cut my risk of an inexperienced stylist but her 30yrs of experience was not enough. Not what I paid for and I hope to spare some others the disappointment.
