Best vacuum cleaner shop on the west side!. I have been purchasing vacuums from Forrest Vacuum in North Olmsted for 10 years. I love their Simplicity vacuum cleaner. I have 3 teenagers and a constantly shedding yellow lab so I vacuum all the time! I just purchased my third Simplicity vacuum because they are the best vacuum cleaner for $500-600. The 5 year warranty is outstanding on these vacuums too. Whenever I have a problem with my vacuum, I know I can take it to Mike at Forrest and he will get it fixed right and in a timely manner. He does this all cheerfully too. I have told him that his superior customer service is the reason I keep coming back.
