Wouldn't tell my worst enemy about them. First meeting went great, even had a recomendation. However, we had to decrease our order just a little and for some reason all the prices went up. But, that was okay, what was not okay was what the owner took upon herself to do with the flowers. I asked for soft blue hydrangeas and NO BABIES BREATH. However, I ended up with Teal flowers with babies breath everywhere. When I called the owner was no where around, played phone tag for a few days. Finally came into see her and (since the flowers were so bad we had to contact another florist to make me and my sister new bouquets) she accused me of bringing in pictures from an old wedding. I was/really confused because I have never been married before-so how could it be an old picture. She is refusing to comp us and we paid a lot, so now a letter to the better business bureau is happening. Stay away! Hopefully she wants to stay in business and will work with those that she wrongs, but not holding my breath!

thanks for the advice. This is for Lori---that story is foul... SHAME ON THEM! I appreciate the advise because I almost called these miserable people back! (I must have given them my info at a bridal show or something). This makes me so mad...because as a future bride, this is my worst fear, getting ripped off. Paying them hundereds of dollars and getting cr@p. Or in your case... ISN'T WHAT THEY DID CALLED STEALING?!... Taking your money for items you never received!!!

Oh well, look on the bright side... they are about to lose way more money from your review than they would have if they just refunded you ALL or EVEN PARTIAL of your money back. What happened to 'The customer is always right' RULE!?!?! pity.

Two thumbs down. I made the huge mistake of using this company for the flowers for our wedding. What a nightmare! The owner refused to double check our order on the wedding day, and our order arrived with several items MISSING. We got married in Niagara Falls, and were out of luck. The corsages and arrangements that did arrive were way below acceptable quality. They were broken and fell apart!! The owner even left off an accessory I had bought to put on my bridal bouquet. It took me over two months to track down the owner. She refused to apologize or admit that anything was left out, and refused a refund of those items!! Brides to be, shop elsewhere for your wedding day!!

Worst Service In Town!. When my niece and nephew got married I offered to drive flowers from the store to the wedding in Niagara Falls. Mai Ly (the manager) snatched the order out of my hands when I tried to check the it, saying she'd already gone over everything and I wouldn't be able to read it anyway. When I arrived with the flowers, several boutonnieres and peace roses were missing from the order. The company refuses to reimburse my niece and nephew for the incomplete order, saying they had nine weddings that day. Not our problem!

9.99 Roses and MUCH more!!. I honestly couldn't be happier with the service and the flowers that I received. First, the staff was excellent and had some great ideas for both the events that I had to provide flowers for. I can only beleive that any negative comments must be coming from some unsavory competition, because the flowers, every single arrangement was amazing, and brought many high compliments. Addionally, I did pick up flowers for the wife on one of my visits, and I must say that her response was exaclty what I was hoping for, all was good in my house that day!...

Poor service, Poor materials, not even worth the cheap price. Discount florists are not expected to have the best quality. However, this florist cuts every corner possible, even on the stuff that is not low in price. Duct tape instead of the florist's tape, zip ties instead of ribbons. One time, I bought a corsage for a school dance here, and it fell apart IN THE BOX. We needed another florist to fix it, and she laughed at the poor workmanship. Soon, I found that even the employees of the shop would not even buy flowers from there. If there is a way to save a penny, the florist will do it. The flowers this florist uses are old, wilting, and falling apart by the time they are sent out. If one uses a teleflorist, BEWARE!!! Make sure that this is NOT your florist. The flowers are of embarrassing quality. If you did something to make your wife angry, giving her flowers from this location will be like putting salt in the wound.

Seriously, it's completely understandable that these flowers are not to be the greatest, but this florist does not care about the occasions she makes these flowers for. Do not buy from this place.
