First of all, when I came in (with my 3 young daughters) the man at the front desk was using profanities and he did not stop! Secondly, he didn't tell me the eyeglasses that I ordered were on back order and that it would take over a MONTH to receive them! After 3 weeks with no call from them, I called them to see what was taking so long, it was then that the man decided to tell me the glasses were on back order and it would take another 2 - 3 weeks to receive them! I called back after another 2 weeks had passed to find out if my glasses were ready yet, and a different man told me that if I had only ordered the same glasses in brown instead of black, I would have gotten them in less than a week!! Why didn't they tell me this when I first came in there?!?! So I went ahead and re-ordered the glasses in the brown color and it still took 9 days to receive them! It was a horrible experience and I will never shop there again!!
Pros: good selection of glasses - but when it takes 6 weeks to receive them, whats the point?
Cons: everything else!
