Great for overall well-being. I recently had a massage here and felt completely refreshed and relaxed afterward. The attendant was prompt and on time, the atmosphere was relaxing. (She was not "backed-up" with 5 people ahead of me which would have added to my stress. She was very knowledgeable about vitamins, muscle tension, cures, and answered many of my general health questions and issues I was currently experiencing. She knew how I could combat some kinds of work fatigue with massage or vitamin therapy. The session brought peace of mind and overall feeling of well-being. The massage was worth every cent I spent!! I would highly recommend The Wave of Change to anyone needing instant relief from a very stressful day.
