Perfection. Although the food is amazing, what really makes Chez Francois wonderful is the service. The attention to detail is amazing! Furthermore, they are eager to make your visit memorable and special. An amazing restaurant which still understands the meaning of class.

Romancing the food in Vermillion. Perfection and precision of french culinary technique are sublimely fused with superb choice of the finest seasonal local ingredients. Do not miss their corn chowder with scallops, among other appetizers. To maximize the experience, dine with a selection of three appetizers. Cooking, ambience and service are at the level (or higher) of the best restaurants in Manhattan. The price is lower than for a mediocre restaurant in New York and all worth the experience. This is from a Newyorker who knows about food.

cleoh98. This is the finest restaurant in this region of the country. In fact, it outranks many top tier restaurants in New York. Every bite of food packs a sublime wallop. The quality of the wine cellar complements the food. Go!!!
