The worst service I've ever seen!

It was absolutely the worst expirience with restaurants I've had in my life. It started on the patking lot. It was packed, and we were driving around looking for space. We noticed a guy going to his car and decided to wait to take his place. We were staying right next to him. But when he drove out and I was ready to park, another guy cut me really fast and took my place. It was their valet parking guy! When I told him that I was waiting for this place he said that other people were waiting too and told me to give my car to them and they would park it. In other words he told me to pay them, otherwise they would not let me park. However it was public parking and I did not have to give them the car! Finally we took our place and ordered food. Well, the quality was not the best, especially my french fries - I felt nasty oil which they'd been using for a long, long time, I'm sure. The worst surprise was when we went out to smoke. We specifically told waiter that we were not leaving and would be back in 2 min. When we came back the table was clean! They took our food and drinks! They removed 2 dinners from our bill but we still had to pay for 1! Unbelieveable! I cannot imagine how they stay in business when they trat customer like this! Wow! I am afraid It was my first and last time there.

Absolutely Fabulous

Visited my hometown after a year and a half. Was very pleasantly surprised by the WBC's service and food. Everything was wonderful!

- Cons: a bit loud, can get busy

I like the Willoughby Brewing Company for its food and drink - but best outdoor dining!? Its a view of the parking lot. I would rate it high for best microbrewery, good food, good atmosphere (albeit smokey), good service, but not best outdoor dining. My rating is for outdoor dining.
