Gavi's Restaurant & Catering

East Side Italian. Gavi's is a fairly large restaurant with an open kitchen, very high ceilings, and the brick walls create the perfect lighting. Although their menu is primarly meat versus pasta, their eggplant (appetizer) is the best. It is so filling, I get it soley as a dish. Alongside bread, they also bring out an assorted vegetable tray to each table, nice touch. They also have great wine. The owner and staff are very nice people too. Check their hrs. before going as they tend to close between lunch and dinner and are closed on Sundays.…
