This place is a dump

This place was terrible from when we walked in but we were with friends so we stayed. The staff is horribly rude. Not a smile or anything when we were seated. The food was good but not worth the price. Our server was dirty looking and she grossed me out. The owner came by and smelled of booze. You could tell he really didn't care we were giving him some business. I would not eat here again.

Food is fantastic!

I have always loved whatever I ordered here. Sometimes they can be really busy so the service is a little slow, but have a drink and relax! Excellent place if you are looking for good bar food. The burgers are served on this delicious bread. They have many varieties of burgers to try from - some are stuffed with cheese and other goodies. I have had the breakfast here as well and it is very reasonably priced and very good quality.

• Pros: the food! good selection of beers too
• Cons: can be a little crowded - but only a sign of how good the food and drink is!

Pretty decent burgers, awesome fries, pretty slow service

Went to Burgers and Beer in Willoughby for the first time the other day. the parking situation is pretty bad, but we managed. We went inside the restaurant and discovered right away that this is a popular place! It was very packed. We stood there for a few minutes waiting for someone to seat us, but no one came. We then just figured that this might be a "seat yourself" type place. We grabbed the last table open and waited a pretty long time before anyone came to our table. My burger was pretty good, but I've had better at Outback and Cheesecake Factory.

We also ordered a full order of fries which contained half sweet potato fries, and half regular. They were really tasty! It's a pretty good place, but I wouldn't tell people to necessarily go out of their way for it.....maybe just the locals.

• Cons: Parking situation, crowded atmosphere, slow service
