Good food, TERRIBLE service!!!!. Pros:

Good food, especially the burgers, fish sandwich, and hand-cut fries

Good atmosphere, great place to watch the game

Ample parking

Cons:

Consistently HORRIBLE service. We kept going back for the food, but at this point it might be worth it to try a different location. We have never had good service at the Willoughby location, examples such as:

Just try and get a hostess to even acknowledge your presence to seat you.

Long, long time between finally getting seated and having someone take your drink order.

Appetizers? Show up at the same time as your meal. Meanwhile, you've been dying for a drink refill that will not show up until 10 minutes after you get your food. And we're talking soda, people. Not difficult.

You've finished your food. And drink. And now you sit and wait, wait, wait for that bill. Did you want another drink refill? Just go home and get one from the fridge, it will be faster.

Good food, but go to a different location.
