Not worth the $. Had a mini spa day at Raun last weekend, started with a massage (which was great) and followed by a mani/pedi. The gal who did my mani/pedi worked very slowly and when we got to painting my nails, she was already 10 minutes late to her next appointment--when notified by the receptionist, she instantly started to rush through, putting on very thick globs of polish on my fingers and then stuck me under the dryer (and did not tell me how long to sit there or set a timer as other techs did for their clients). I waited about 10 minutes for them to dry and went to pay my tab, the polish instantly smugged on my thumbs, middle fingers and ring finger. Additionally, a different technician who was helping me get my shoes/socks, etc on (smugged my pedicure). When I let the gal at the front desk know, she was dumbfounded. She acted as if there was nothing that could be done about it and offered to give me a 10% discount on services the next time I visited. She did not offer to discount any of the services that I had that day and even stated that no one was available to fix the polish that had been messed up because everyone was busy. The level of customer service was HORRIBLE and I will never return to this salon/spa. This could have very easily been a 4 star rating, if they would have even attempted to make things better--however they just didn't care. I paid my (very expensive) bill and they sent me on my way.
